We do not:

• Post on your behalf

Google OAuth is used solely for authentication and account creation.

9.1 Anonymous Visitor Identifier (bf_visitor_id)

BoisFranc.rent may use a first-party cookie named bf_visitor_id containing a randomly generated anonymous browser identifier. This identifier is used to:

• Distinguish returning anonymous visitors from separate browsing sessions
• Measure the number of unique visitors
• Understand aggregate site usage

The cookie does not contain a person's name, email address, telephone number, IP address, or other personal information. It is not created using browser fingerprinting, it is not used to identify a person, and it does not provide cross-device identification. It is stored as a first-party cookie and is retained for approximately 12 months (365 days). You can manage or delete it through your browser settings; doing so does not prevent the Platform from functioning.

9.2 First-Touch Source (bf_first_source)

BoisFranc.rent may use a first-party cookie named bf_first_source to remember the general source through which a visitor first arrived at the website. The stored value is limited to a category such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Direct. This cookie is used to:

• Understand aggregate marketing and acquisition performance
• Prevent internal navigation within the site from incorrectly changing the original acquisition source

The cookie does not store the original URL, search terms, campaign parameters, or other personal information. It is retained for approximately 12 months (365 days).

As noted in Section 1.3, the Platform may automatically collect IP addresses and other technical information. For analytics and reporting purposes, the website may use a third-party service (api.ipify.org) to obtain the visitor's IP address. This is not a cookie.

9.5 Consent and Control

The Platform does not currently use a cookie-consent banner or consent-management system. The cookies and analytics practices described in this section are disclosed in this Privacy Policy. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so does not prevent the Platform from functioning.
